My film is going to be about a time lapse of life and travel, my pre production will be about travel my filming is going to be done with my digital camera with the POV angle.
The filming is going to be done while i will be cycling on my bike so the view will have my hands my handle bars and the view that i would see with my eyes.
My film will have a speeded up affect on it so i can get the effects i want from the video 1 being a colour light effect which i have given a example below with an image.

This is not developed enough for your Statement of Intentions. It is really important that you have a narrative shape in your film and you need to outline this clearly here.
You also need to identify a director, film or films that you will use as a reference point.
