For my Media Image Arts course I am going to be producing my own film, we have a choice on how we want to create are film either live action or animation, I have chosen animation due to my experience with Adobe Flash.
My animation film im going to produce will be formalist will based upon the animation sequences in Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill Vol 1 & 2 where the scenes swith from live action to animation throughout the film.
Im going to make my animation a two side sequel with a lot of bright colours on one side of the sequel and dark colours on the other sequel. My animation will be around 1-2 minutes long.
How I am going to use my animation locations will be using one method by trying to find images of locations on the web or taking them by camera and editing them to look maybe cartoon like or not 100% real.
If I can possibly use the first person effect on some characters during my short film and give the perspective of the viewer feeling how the character does. The reason I will use this technique is because a computer game has influenced me for this type of view.
In some of the film I will try to use slowmotion to give a adrenaline effect on a character e.g. if the character is running away from someone in the film.
My film sequel will be about free running a sport where people jump from objects to other objects e.g. someone jumping to one roof to another.
Im still thinking of what I can call my film im thinking about “jumper” because it relates to the sequence.

There are very good ideas here that give you plenty to start creating your production. In your final draft you will need to be much more specific about your influences and the ideas they explore, then expand on this with how you plan to use particular techniques to achieve your desired effect. Consider what it is you want your viewer to think/feel/experience watching your film.
